The price of the product listed does not include duties, taxes, shipping and handling, which will be charged as applicable and would depend on the physical location of the product as well as the shipping address provided by the buyer. The information provided during registration shall be the final billing address and shipping address for delivery of the product.
The buyer agrees that the buyer is liable for any duties and taxes that will be applicable on the purchase and such charges shall be payable in addition to the price of the product.
All invoices will be raised as per the details given in registration process.
Once an order is placed on khush art gallery the buyer is required to make payment for the price of the artwork as well as the charges referred to at the time of placing order.
The product will be delivered/shipped to the Buyer once all necessary documentation, relating to transportation, tax, etc. as may be reasonably requested are completed and payment has been realized in full including any additional charges.
Khush art gallery is full authorized acceptance or rejection of orders received.
All artwork displayed on the Website may varying in color which in shown on website this is due to resolution screen .Khush art gallery provide an authenticity certificate from the Seller to buyers about originality of art work .
Khush Art Gallery is in not liable for the condition of the artwork. Condition reports are provided on request and are based on the information provided by the Seller.
Khush art gallery assumed that all information furnished at the time of registration is true and correct and any change in the information provided will be updated and intimated to Khush art Art Gallery Incase of any information submitted by buyers and Artist found incorrect Khush art gallery have full right to suspend registration of Buyers and Artist
Please note that the exchange of products is subjected to the availability of the products at the time of returning the product.
Please note: in case of a defective product received at your end, you must notify khushartgallery6@gmail.com within 24 hours
In case of defective product or wrong product delivered to you may return the product within 3 days but we will require the pics or photos at the time of opening the parcel of courier at our mail id khushartgallery6@gmail.com on the same day then only we can justify about wrongness of product.
You should expect to receive your refund within 7 days we receive the product at our end, however in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
For Paintings delivered in India.
We do not take painting back once delivered to client because every painting is fully checked before delivered to customer .painting is only taken back if it is not in proper size and damaged during transportation .The customer will have to informed at the time of delivery of shipment with photos within one working days .Our team will decide to take it back from client .
We do not accept return requests for paintings delivered outside India because every painting is fully checked before delivery and photos of packing will be sent to customer customs before shipping and after having approval from customer painting will be given for shipment. Any custom duty will be paid by customer at his end
Returns for Customized Artworks
No any returns of art work accepted which is being made on order .Our artist do their best to make paintingfor Custom Sized but there may be slight variation in colors which may be ignored .
you can cancel your order within one hour of place the order. The order placed for costumed size painting will not be cancelled as we start the work on paintings accordingly.
We provide free shipping anywhere in India accept some particular destinations where courier do not reach normally we would ship product in 7-10 business days
Before you proceed to the payment gateway, your phone number, email and shipping address, and pin code will be verified by the Website database. In case the order placed by you is not serviceable by our merchant partners or is outside the area covered by our delivery partners, you would be requested to provide an alternate shipping address that is within the delivery area. In the event of any dispute related to the delivery of products and services to the areas not covered by the artist/delivery partners, we will not be liable for the non-delivery of the goods ordered online.
If you are placing multiple product orders in a single transaction, all the products will be delivered to only one shipping address provided by you. For getting the goods delivered to separate shipping addresses, you will be required to place different and separate orders with specific delivery addresses.
